Broad Blunsdon

TPHS were appointed by L and Q Estates (formerly Gallagher Estates) to assess the feasibility of access to a site in Blunsdon, Swindon.

Following the initial report we provided the client with Local Plan Inquiry representations in terms of the highways and transport impacts of the site and subsequently have been retained to provide a TA and Travel Plan for the site which includes liaison with both Borough Council and Highways England on the impacts of the scheme at the A419 junction which is a HE Trunk Road.

The project includes advice on micro-simulation as well as stand alone junction modelling and provision of outline design drawings for the access.
