TPHS initially provided a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to support the development of a plot of land within the business park for the Salvation Army collections unit, which amounted to some 56,000 sqft and gained approval by Kettering Borough Council in October 2019.
Subsequently we have undertaken several more TAs and assessments of various other development plots within the area.
TPHS are also appointed by Buccleuch Property ltd to advise on the transport and infrastructure impacts of the development and delivery of an overall Masterplan for the rest of the Business Park, a significant (over 1,000,000 sqft) mixed use development. This is being undertaken in phases and we have earlier in 2020 submitted a significant study and TA on the Phase 1 development of the Local Plan allocated area of the business park of circa 450,000 sqft comprising a mix of B2 and B8 units, with associated LINSIG traffic modelling.
TPHS continue to assist the client in the negotiations with the Highway Authority and Highways England.
